Paul Ruston Memorial Run 2026
This year’s Memorial Run 5K was our biggest yet, with a record 233 total registrants and 202 timed runners. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who showed up, ran, walked, cheered, and volunteered. You helped make this our biggest Memorial Run 5K yet!

The Ruston Family Foundation 2026 Grants have been awarded (April 1st, 2026)!
Thank you so much to all the high school XC coaches and assistant coaches who applied for our grant! We look forward to seeing the sport of cross country grow within Washington state through your efforts. The 2027 grant cycle will be announced early next year.

What an amazing turnout! Thank you to everyone who came out to show their support. Whether you participated in the 5K, volunteered, or cheered from the sidelines, we couldn’t be more grateful for the special memories created in honor of Paul Ruston’s legacy.
